Keeping Up With The Community Choir
Published on 11 December 2018
Our Community Choir are back and ready to sing their hearts out this Christmas. It’s the season of cheer filled with tasty food, festive drinks and catchy tunes. What better way is there to celebrate this time of year than by listening to a Choir sing Christmas songs?
Our Choir had the delight of performing at the nursing graduation ceremonies in St George’s Hall on the 10 December alongside the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen Hospitals Staff Choir. They had the audience dancing in their seats, shaking their invisible maracas! It was quite a sight to see.
Afterwards they serenaded the bus drivers and passengers of Queen Square Bus Station with a carol service. Check out the full video below:
If that’s not enough for you, catch them at the following events:
LJMU Music Day
LJMU (Byrom Street Campus)
St George’s Plateau
6:30 – 7pm
If you would like to join the group, you can find out how by clicking here. What makes our Choir particularly special is that there is no fee, no audition process and no waiting list.
Hopefully we will see you there!
