Fruites Dee Mersey
Fillet of seabass on ribbons of seasonal vegetables, Formby asparagus, pickled samphire & Parkgate shrimps topped with a shrimp foam.
Limited to ten servings per night, and served only before 6.50pm, please arrive early if you wish to order this dish.

Trio of Sausages
Pork and apple, venison and red wine, chicken and tarragon sausages served on cheddar mash with red onion gravy
Braised Rump of Lamb
Braised rump of Welsh lamb on a casserole of tomatoes, butter beans, pancetta and fresh herbs
Sauted Wild Mushrooms
With thyme, garlic and shallots finished in white wine and creme fraiche, tossed in ribbons of pasta, finished with fresh Parmesan

With coconut, spinach and cashew nuts, served on a bed of jasmine rice

The Royal Court’s famous scouse served with braised red cabbage and crusty bread and butter
Ribeye steak
8oz prime ribeye steak grilled to your liking and topped with caramelised onions, slices of beef tomato and glazed goats cheese. Served on a fresh sesame seed bun with fries and salad
Strips of Scottish Salmon
In an oregano and lemon crumb, served in autumn shoots and leaves, sweet tomatoes and peppers finished with a herb crème fraiche
Cajun Chicken Wrap
Prime breast of free range chicken, rubbed with a blend of roasted spices, served with sweet mango, roasted chillies and coriander salsa, wrapped in a Mexican tortilla and served with french fries, salad and coleslaw
